VideoFit Pro Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VideoFit Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Odrasoft ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of VideoFit Pro.

2. Description of Service

VideoFit Pro is a professional video resizing and format conversion application for macOS that allows users to:

• Resize videos to different aspect ratios and resolutions
• Apply intelligent background effects (blurred, scaled, solid color)
• Export videos in various formats optimized for different platforms
• Utilize 30+ platform-specific presets for social media and professional use
• Process videos locally on your device without cloud dependency

3. License and Usage Rights

License Grant:

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VideoFit Pro for your personal or commercial purposes.

Permitted Uses:

• Process your own video content or content you have rights to use
• Create content for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Use the app on Mac devices associated with your Apple ID
• Export and distribute videos created with the app

Restrictions:

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Do not distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the app
• Do not remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Do not use the app to process content that violates intellectual property rights
• Do not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. User Responsibilities

Content Ownership:

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any video content you process using VideoFit Pro. This includes:

• Original content you created
• Licensed content you have permission to modify
• Content subject to fair use or other legal exceptions

Compliance:

You agree to use VideoFit Pro in compliance with:

• All applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Platform-specific terms of service when distributing created content
• Copyright and intellectual property laws
• Privacy and publicity rights of individuals featured in videos

5. Intellectual Property

App Ownership:

VideoFit Pro, including its software, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Odrasoft and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain full ownership of all video content you process using VideoFit Pro. Since all processing happens locally on your device and we collect no data, your videos remain completely under your control at all times. You are free to use, distribute, or monetize your processed videos as you see fit.

Feedback:

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily provide about VideoFit Pro (through email or app store reviews) may be used by us to improve the app. Since we don't collect usage data or analytics, user feedback is especially valuable for product development.

6. Privacy and Data

VideoFit Pro is built with a privacy-by-design architecture that ensures your complete privacy:

• 100% Local Processing: All video processing occurs entirely on your device
• No Internet Required: The app functions completely offline
• No Data Transmission: Your videos never leave your device
• No User Accounts: No registration, login, or personal information required
• No Analytics: We don't track usage, crashes, or any user behavior
• No Third-Party Services: No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or cloud services

7. App Store Terms

VideoFit Pro is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to:

In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail for matters related to the App Store.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Software Warranty:

VideoFit Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to provide a high-quality, reliable application, we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all video formats or system configurations
• That the app will meet all your specific requirements
• That all processed videos will be of expected quality

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odrasoft shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, including video files or processed content (always maintain backups of important files)
• Loss of profits, business, or revenue
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from system incompatibility or user error

Note: Since VideoFit Pro processes everything locally, you maintain complete control over your data and files.

9. Updates and Changes

App Updates:

We may release updates to VideoFit Pro through the Mac App Store. Updates may include:

• New features and functionality
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
• Security enhancements
• Compatibility updates for new macOS versions

Terms Updates:

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last updated" date
• Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or our website
• Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Odrasoft is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VideoFit Pro will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
