These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Inkora ("we", "us", "our") for macOS. By using Inkora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Inkora on macOS for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Inkora without our written permission.
You may not use Inkora for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or attempt to interfere with the app’s operation.
Inkora requires macOS Accessibility permission to monitor mouse input system-wide so it can activate annotation mode and draw over other apps. You control this permission and can disable it at any time in macOS Settings.

We may update Inkora or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Inkora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Inkora will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use Inkora.
