GloBeen is an iOS travel tracking app made by Odrasoft. This policy explains what data GloBeen uses, what it doesn't collect, and what permissions are needed to deliver its features.
Location (optional): GloBeen may request location access to help you quickly identify and mark the country or region you're currently in. This is entirely optional — you can mark all places manually without granting location access.
Apple Intelligence (on-device): The Quick Add feature uses on-device Apple Intelligence to parse natural language travel descriptions. All processing happens on your iPhone. No text you enter is sent to external servers as part of this feature.
GloBeen does not require account registration. Your travel data — visited countries, states, cities, wishlist places, notes, and travel dates — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to Odrasoft's servers.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, GloBeen may sync your travel data privately through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data is associated with your personal Apple ID and is accessible only to you. Odrasoft does not have access to your iCloud data.
GloBeen offers optional premium features via a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Odrasoft does not store or process your payment information.
GloBeen does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Map rendering uses Apple's MapKit framework, subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
You control all of GloBeen's permissions. You can review or revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
