These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ColorDetective ("we", "us", "our") for macOS. By using ColorDetective, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License & Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use ColorDetective on macOS for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of ColorDetective without our written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use ColorDetective for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or attempt to interfere with the app’s operation.

4. Permissions

ColorDetective requests macOS Screen Recording permission solely to read on-screen pixels for the magnifier and color sampling. You control this permission and can disable it at any time in macOS Settings.

We may update ColorDetective or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
